Fleet Central is hosted at the FMS Network Operations Center which provides complete data security and 99.99% uptime. You access the mobile applications with a standard web browser - no special software or plug-ins are required. Data is available 24/7/365. In addition to viewing your information on-line, you have the option to access and export the data via XML to feed existing applications.

Easy to Learn Interface

Fleet Central is divided into four sections: Administration, Commands, Reports and Messages. The administration section allows you to set-up the FMS environment: define assets and drivers, group assets together, set reporting options, set geofence and boundary constraints, identify landmarks, define scheduled stops for dispatch, etc.

The Commands section enables you to issue immediate commands to your mobile assets and people, including locate assets, capture distance traveled, get engine hours, check speeding, etc.

Reports are simple to use and easy to understand. They provide timely information regarding your mobile assets, including: most-recent location, customer stops and duration, geofence and constraint region violations, low battery alerts, excessive speed, ignition on/off notification, door lock/unlock, ignition enable/disable, engine hours, mileage reports, and maintenance schedules.

Messaging capabilities include two-way text messaging, email, and pre-defined messages, via satellite to the optional in-cab display terminal. The safe and location aware operation of your fleet depends upon good communication and validation.

History Report

The History report provides you the opportunity to quickly review the asset history during the period specified, for up to sixty days, with additional 12 months of archived data. All activity associated with the asset is included in the history report: automatic reporting, alerts, warnings, commands sent to the unit, email notifications sent to the customer - all can be reviewed using this one single report.

Stop Report

The Stop report gives the customer an opportunity to quickly view each stop (ignition off and ignition on) made by the asset during the period specified.
